How to buy a house
- Walk to the house, right-click its door and choose View House. The window shows the house's size, beds and price.
- Stand next to the door and press Buy.
You need a premium account, the price in gold, carried or in your bank account (the price is one month's rent), and no other house: each account owns at most one, shared by all its avatars.
After that the rent is due every month. It is taken from the gold in your depot in the house's town, so keep enough there. If the rent can't be paid, you lose the house and its items are moved to your depot in that town.
The same window lets the owner invite guests and sub-owners, choose who may open each door, hand the house to another player, or give it up.
